Hull City Vs Middlesbrough needed no introduction at all it was a massive game for both sides who had to go for it.
In front of a roaring crowd of 20,380 at the Kcom the match started off with what the home fans thought was a goal from Oumar Niasse only for it to be given offside after 3 minutes.
What happened next you probably wouldn’t believe as a minute later Middlesbrough took the lead as Alvaro Negredo put them ahead, the away fans in the corner went crazy in celebration. But 10 minutes later the tigers were level and this time it was given, as Lazar Markovic scrambled the goal into the back of the net past Victor Valdes.
In the 27th Minute the game turned around as Abel Hernandez headed onto Niasse, as he took it on and finished into the far corner of the goal and sent the home fans up in arms with celebration and silenced the away fans. Six minutes later city scored a well finished 3rd goal as Abel Hernandez side footed in from a Kamil Grosicki cross. Just before Half time came a controversial moment as Marten de Roon grabbed a second which looked to have been offside. Referee, Michael Oliver went over to his assistant and the goal was given as city went into half time 3-2 up.
Into the second half with 20 minutes of the game remaining Harry Maguire looked to have sealed the much needed 3 points for the home side as the cross came over and he headed it into the far corner. The match Went onto finish 4-2 to City and what made the night better was that Tottenham had come from behind to win at Swansea as the tigers climbed out of the bottom 3 the first time since October.
